Bishop Antonio Tobias was born on June 13, 1941 in Manila. His parents are Norberto F. Tobias and Trinidad L. Rialubin and his siblings are Romulo, Loreto, Marita, Ofelia and Manolo. Bishop Tobias was ordained a priest on Dec. 21, 1965 at the Manila Cathedral, where he was also ordained bishop on Jan. 25, 1983. He has been serving as Bishop of Novaliches since his appointment on Nov. 25, 2003.
